HOW TO REACH ME

Long Term Engagement: If you're interested in 3-6 month packages please email me and tell me about your current situation and what your goals are for coaching, and I'll send you a link to schedule a free 30m call.
Urgent Coaching Support: If you need quick help with a specific situation you can book a 1 hour single session instantly using my online scheduler. We can get a lot done in an hour!
Corporate Clients: If you're an organization looking for coaching support, offsite/instructional design, facilitation, or Enneagram workshops for employees or teams please complete this intake form and book a free exploratory call. If in a rush, you can also email me about your situation and I'll send you a quote.

I am based in Portland, OR but coach clients all over the world via Zoom video.
I am happy to travel to conduct workshops and offsites/retreats, I spend a lot of time with companies in the Bay Area.
My normal zoom coaching office hours are typically Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10-3pm PDT.
- If you need an exception to this just email me to inquire.
- European clients I am typically available 19:00 onward, your time. However, this is flexible.
- APAC clients, the latest I can meet is 4pm PDT, this allows us to connect during your morning
