INDIVIDUALS
There are three simple steps to learning your Enneagram type and determine how to apply what you learn in your work and life.
1. BOOK ONLINE
Option 1: ​a single 1 hour debrief of your Enneagram results using standard report, including pre and post work email assignments.
OR
Option 2: two 1 hour sessions. The initial debrief, and a 1 hour follow-up call to go deeper into your results or receive coaching on your growth area progress.
2. TAKE THE TEST

After booking you'll receive a link to take the iEQ9 online questionnaire, the most accurate (95%) and respected Enneagram tool on the market.

When taking the questionnaire, read the emailed on onscreen instructions carefully and complete it in one distraction free sitting thinking about how you've been most often, most of your life.

Receive a detailed individualized Standard Report, specific pages to pre-read and questions to reflect on to prepare for the debrief. ​​​​
3. INTERPRET RESULTS

Note: Some teams choose to do the test and workshop without debriefs, however, debriefs are highly recommended to ensure buy-in, prevent mis-typing and to prepare the members to represent their type in the workshop.

TEAM IMPLENTATION OPTIONS
In addition to over 20 years as a coach and facilitator, I have spent years deeply studying the Enneagram across a variety of teachers. Not only am I a certified Enneagram practitioner for individual and teams, I've spent countless hours in class, on retreat, reading books, listening to podcasts and diving deeper.
I have personally one-on-one debriefed 200 clients to understand their own Enneagram results (and designed a process that has successfully guided my team to debrief over 700 Enneagram results). With that, I'm deeply skilled at detecting mis-types and, if so, trained to use a narrative approach to help you identify your true type.
I am also dedicated to my own inner work, utilizing a highly skilled Enneagram coach to support me in my own growth. In addition I focus on Internal Family Systems work, which beautifully connects to the Enneagram. I am a seeker and inner explorer for myself and a guide for others, and I know no better tool than the Enneagram to enhance your relationship with self and others.
