INDIVIDUALS
There are three simple steps to learning your Enneagram type and determining how to apply what you learn in your work and life.
1. BOOK ONLINE
Option 1: a 1-hour debrief of your Enneagram results. Investment includes the online questionnaire, standard report, administration, and follow-up summary and curated resources.
OR
Option 2: same as Option 1, with an additional 1-hour follow-up call to check-in on development progress, go deeper into your results and get further coaching on your growth areas.
2. TAKE THE TEST

After booking you'll receive a link to take the iEQ9 online questionnaire, the most accurate (95%) and respected Enneagram tool on the market.

When taking the questionnaire, read the emailed onscreen instructions carefully and complete it in one distraction free sitting thinking about how you've been most often, most of your life.

Receive a detailed individualized 23 page Standard Report, specific pages to pre-read and questions to reflect on to prepare for the debrief.
3. INTERPRET RESULTS

Personalized Results Interpretation
Use the easy online booking took to schedule a 1-hour Zoom call to debrief your results.
Prior to the call you'll receive your report with specific pages to pre-read and questions to reflect on in advance.

STEP 3
Team Workshop Prep
The debrief helps the employee understand themselves, ensuring they come into the workshop engaged and prepared to confidently explain their strengths and challenges to the team in their own words. The workshop is where the team learns about each other's type similarities, differences and how to work better together.
The facilitator and the team leader will pre-meet to understand the needs of team and how the workshop can be designed to get the intended outcomes.

The job description explains what employees do, the Enneagram explain how. It gives teams a shared language to understand each other and their differences. Leaving with a deeper appreciation of each others strengths, challenges and how to work better together.
I was introduced to Christie Artis through our Chief People Officer, who spoke highly of her skills as both a facilitator and executive coach, as well as her deep expertise with the Enneagram. Our company wanted to integrate the Enneagram across the organization — offering the assessment, a 60-minute 1:1 debrief and introductory workshop to all 500 employees — and I was looking for a creative, collaborative partner to help make that vision a reality.
Although I’m an accredited Enneagram practitioner myself, I wanted someone who could bring fresh ideas, share best practices and co-design a strategy that would truly work for our organization. ADVANCED ENNEAGRAM TRAINING
In addition to over 20 years as a coach and facilitator, I have spent years deeply studying the Enneagram across a variety of teachers. Not only am I a certified Enneagram practitioner for individual and teams, I've spent countless hours in class, on retreat, reading books, listening to podcasts and diving deeper. This tool is deep and complex, and I have a gift for making it simple, digestible and approachable.
I have personally one-on-one debriefed 200 clients to understand their own Enneagram results (and designed a process that has successfully guided my team to debrief over 700 Enneagram results). With that, I'm deeply skilled at detecting mis-types and, if so, trained to use a narrative approach to help you identify your true type.
I am also dedicated to my own inner work, utilizing a highly skilled Enneagram coach to support me in my own growth. In addition I focus on Internal Family Systems work, which beautifully connects to the Enneagram.
