HOW TO REACH ME

If you need quick help with a specific situation you can book instantly using my online scheduler.

I am based in Portland, OR but coach clients all over the world via Zoom video.
I am happy to travel to conduct workshops and retreats.
My normal office hours are typically Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10-3pm PDT.
- If you need an exception to this just email me to inquire.
- European clients I am typically available 19:00 onward, your time. However, this is flexible.
- APAC clients, the latest I can meet is 4pm PDT, this allows us to connect during your morning
